Heroes: Redemption: Tabula Rasa

Hiro (Masi Oka) awakes in the hospial with Peter ( Milo Ventimiglia) at his bedside. Peter is going to save Hiro. As Peter is about to leave, Deaf Girl arrives and has questions about her ability. Peter tells her to ask Hiro and then Peter time travels. Samuel asks Sylar ( Zachary Quinto) who he is – "Say the first name that comes to mind." Sylar replies, "Nathan." Samuel tours Nathan around carnival grounds, showing him others are like him. Nathan has a flashback when he sakes Lydia's hand. Samuel is suspect that Nathan is having the wrong memories. Peter appears in Noah's (Jack Coleman) apartment; Claire (Hayden Panettiere) is present.

Noah researches a kid that has healing touch ability. Peter and Noah go to find him. Nathan is challenged by a guy that likes Lydia. Samuel breaks it up and take Nathan to Damian, from whom he will find out his true identity. Deaf Girl ask Hiro how to turn off ability. Hiro realizes that maybe he is her to save her, not Peter. Hiro tells Deaf Girl that ability is not light switch; it is part of who you are. Noah and Peter are at Jeremy's house, finding death. Apparently, his power evolved. Gun shots. Damian has place Nathan/Sylar/Gabriel in a room of mirrors and touched his eyes. Gabriel sees his mother in the mirror and her death by his hand.

Hiro is talking to the deaf girl. Noah discovers that whatever Jeremy touches ends up dead. Sylar is seeing all the heads he sliced and runs outdoors to vomit. Noah is trying to convince Jeremy that he can still heal. Peter appears, grabs the gun, the gun goes off, time stops. Peter discovers the bullet is protruding from his back. Time restarts, Noah running to Peter's assistance.

Noah grabs Jeremy's arms for emphasis and Jeremy realizes he just might be able to heal. Peter's back. Hiro has left an invitation for Deaf Girl to see him perform in the hospital. Emma! I keep forgetting her name. Hiro is going to make Emma disappear? So far so good, he even makes his point to Emma about her powers. Thank God his powers didn't fail. Sylar is angry at the discovery of what his memories revealed. Samuel is suggesting Sylar stay with The Family, where he will be accepted for who he really is. Samuel informs Sylar that the police detective is here.

Hiro remembers that he must make amends to Charlie. Noah admits to Jeremy that he lost his way and that he is staying to watch over him. Sylar encounters the detective, who draws his gun. Sylar cautions him to leave. The detective refuses. Sylar accidentally emits electricity. The detective shoots. The bullet is stopped in mid air and falls to the ground. Sylar electrocutes the detective, but not to death. Sylar comes to and is about to exit the mirrored room, when the guy that challenged him earlier swiftly enters and cuts up the detective – he says to Sylar, "Don't just stand there, get a bucket!"

After being scolded by the nurse for getting out of bed (weird because it was the same one that pleasantly watched his performance earlier), he is drawn to Emma, playing the piano. Samuel declares welcome of a new brother to the family and baptizes him. Samuel wants Sylar to kill for him. But why? Who are Samuel and his family anyway. Peter arrives at the hospital too late. Hiro has gone to save Charlie.
