It's makeover week! the contestants will have to give an inpirational speech to about 300 audience members. How nice that TBL brought the contestant's family members to the speech as a surprise.

Rudy won the challenge that looked pretty nerve-racking and involved heights of approximately 2000 feet, pulleys and cables.

Heroes: Redemption: Brother's Keeper

Okay, we found out a little more about Samuel, where he came from, and what he is up to. However, it is hard for me to deal with the time travel. For instance, they said Mohinder ( Sendhil Ramamurthy) was dead and apparently it happened shortly after his father's death. If that was the case how could he be present to go the Coyote Canyon and do all the other stuff?

Tea Talk with Claire (Hayden Panettiere) and Tracy (Ali Larter) was stupid. What is happening to Tracy anyway? I can't believe she is going to join The Circus. Hiro was stupid to get the film for Samuel; I just knew Samuel would not keep his word and release Charlie.

So is Sylar ( Zachary Quinto) alive or not? Parkman (Greg Grunberg) is back in his body and Nathan ( Adrian Pasdar) seems to be in possession of Sylar's body, knowing his body is dead. I guess we'll find out next episode. Episode Recap.

The Amazing Race: Stockholm, Sweden > Tallinn, Estonia

Road Block
One team member had to join the ranks of the Brotherhood of the Blackheads, a secret society of merchants that has existed in Estonia for at least 600 years, to uncover a mystery. Teams had to descend into the cellar and find a candelabra with a room number attached to it. Then, they had to locate that room where they would be given what appeared to be a blank scroll. They then had to figure out that if they held the scroll over the lighted candle, it would reveal their next clue.

SPEED BUMP
Gary and Matt had to find a saunabuss parked nearby, strip down, and take a five-minute sauna with a group of locals.

DETOUR
In Serve, teams had to slog in the bog to play a round of volleyball against a local team. Submerged deep in the mud, they had to score five points to earn their next clue.

In Sling, teams planted themselves in the mud and, using a slingshot, fired assorted vegetables at a moose target. When they made a direct hit, the table below it collapsed dumping a pile of cabbages on the ground along with their next clue.

Woohoo! Got to see some skin in this episode. Cheyne is not bad-looking, but not nearly as hot as Dan, who's crotch I noticed was pixelated, as well as his brothers during the Sling Detour. They did make a comment about the hot Estonian boys; they either had hard ons or they are exceptionally hung. Hmmm. Even hotter was Herbert! Mmm, mmm, mmm! Recap

DETOUR
In Nobel Dynamite, teams had to create sandbags to create a protective bunker in a rock quarry. Once they were protected, they would set off an enormous explosion, thanks to the Swedish inventor of dynamite Alfred Nobel, which would unearth a box containing their next clue.

In Viking Alphabet, teams had to decode a message using ancient Viking runes. Once they solved the message, they would receive their next clue.

Road Block
One team member had the seemingly simple task of unrolling hay bales to find one of only seven race flags hidden among 186 hay bales.

Fortunately for Gary & Matt, this was an non-elimination round, but they will incur a Speed Bump on the next leg of the race. Recap

I am glad I am not recapping anymore becasue last night's episode got to be a little confusing between Sylar ( Zachary Quinto) and Parkman. I could not help but remember Sylar ssing himself in the future as a legit guy.

How cool that Nathan ( Adrian Pasdar)came to and escaped from The Carnival. I still can't figure out what Samuel is up to.

Double elimination? Contestant with lowest percentage of weight lost goes home. Next two highest follow normal elimination procedures.

Missed who won the pop challenge and what the prize was. Rudy won immunity from the circus challenge.

OMG! Shay broke the record of the female to lose one hundred pounds in the least amount of time...nine weeks. Danny also surpasses the one hundred pound mark. Ah! Allen won a one pound advantage.

I think Rudy voted for Shay. We'll see.

How ironic that Liz should end up against her nemesis, Tracy, for elimination. It almost seems too predictable that Tracy would be sent home, but I think, more than Liz's pathetic plea, Tracy will be sent home because she screwed over too many people.

Is Hiro (Masi Oka) going to save Charlie? After one of the most clever plots Heroes has produced since the first season – by going back to the first season and completely changing history, which is to say wasting five seasons watching something that may have never even happened – they can't leave us wondering again. Charlie was right; it was selfish of Hiro to save her and let Sylar ( Zachary Quinto) continue on his path of killing. Ultimately, Charlie accepts Hiro and they live happily ever after.

I love the way she got Sheldon ( Jim Parsons) to stop talking by feeding into his hypochondria and telling him his larynx is swollen, resulting in him accompanying his knocking on Penny's ( Kaley Cuoco) door with his laptop recorded voice.

Noah (Jack Coleman) had called Tracy (Ali Larter) to help him rescue Jeremy, but Jeremy ended up being brutally murdered as a result of accidentally killing a deputy while in custody. I guess it was not surprise that Meghan and Cheyne took first place this leg, as they had completed the Fast Forward during the last leg, giving them a departure time advantage.

I thought Herbert and Nathaniel were going to be eliminated after so much time was spent trying to figure out the Roadblock, but fortunately for them, Mika could not accomplish the Leap of Faith challenge, allowing Herbert and Nathaniel to advance ahead of them. I wonder if Mika had ever seen the show before. What a wimp!

ROADBLOCK: Row Your Boat
One team member had to row an inflatable dingy to a yacht anchored offshore where they would find a sheik who would present them with a watch following the Arab custom of hospitality. Then, they had to return to the dock and open their briefcase. To do this, teams had to figure out that the time on the watch, 8:35, was the combination to their briefcase. When they opened it, they would find their next clue.

DETOUR: Gold or Glass
Gold: teams had to find a jewelry store where they would use a precision scale to weigh out exactly $500,000 worth of gold. To do this, they had to figure out that needed to divide 500,000 by the gold exchange rate shown on the monitor in the store. However, the exchange rate is constantly changing, so teams had to work quickly in order to weigh out the gold and receive their next clue.

Glass: teams made their way to a spice market where they had to choose a crate of disassembled Middle Eastern smoking pipes known as hookahs. Teams had to utilize all of the parts from the crate to assemble twelve hookahs using three displayed hookahs as their guide.

The Biggest Loser: Week VI

Tracy is crying again, stating she can tell from black team's faces that they are surprised to see her; the Black Team previously could not believe the Blue Team's decision to send Coach Mo home. Anyway, Shay says she was just glad Rebecca was still at the ranch. Tracy is back in the gym. The teams are walking out to meet Alison on the beach. Each team has four keys buried in the sand. They need all keys to unlock boxes, which contain prizes of unknown nature. Melinda, Abby and Tracy are sitting out.

Chests are waist deep. Danny is the first to reach his key. Alan is next and goes back to help Rudy, surpassing black team. Daniel gets his key. Liz is next; Blue Team, advantage +1. Blue Team has final case open. Tickets home is the prize. Blue Team asks what's the catch. Alison explains tickets are theirs if they want them, reminding them that they will be away from The Ranch for a week, but one team is going home. Blue Team sends Black Team home. Homecomings, tears welling.

Shay is looking for the organic section of the supermarket; Daniel is eating wisely, Danny is explaining to his daughter that he has to write down everything that he eats and the calories, Dina is jogging alongside her cycling son, Abby(?) is out with some friends.

Black Team experiences difficulties with eating out, except Dan, who cooks at home. Dina is disgusted at her husband's display of her old eating habits. We call that taking someone's inventory.

Bob takes the Blue Team to the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank to do some volunteer work. I find it ironic that they are packing food for people that they will no longer be eating.

At last chance work out, Jillian is frustrated with Daniel. Daniel breaks down, realizing that he thought his mother's love was judgement of his weight and he rebelled to show her.

Daniel gained a pound? I think the break down was an act; I think he ate when he went home and I am pretty sure he will be going home. OMG! I can't believe they sent Dina home. From 253 to 188. Dina is doing so good...and she jumped up on the platform. King Leo is liking her trainer. Dina gets a makeover. She looks great.

Heroes: Redemption: Tabula Rasa

Hiro (Masi Oka) awakes in the hospial with Peter ( Milo Ventimiglia) at his bedside. Peter is going to save Hiro. As Peter is about to leave, Deaf Girl arrives and has questions about her ability. Peter tells her to ask Hiro and then Peter time travels. Samuel asks Sylar ( Zachary Quinto) who he is – "Say the first name that comes to mind." Sylar replies, "Nathan." Samuel tours Nathan around carnival grounds, showing him others are like him. Nathan has a flashback when he sakes Lydia's hand. Samuel is suspect that Nathan is having the wrong memories. Peter appears in Noah's (Jack Coleman) apartment; Claire (Hayden Panettiere) is present.

Noah researches a kid that has healing touch ability. Peter and Noah go to find him. Nathan is challenged by a guy that likes Lydia. Samuel breaks it up and take Nathan to Damian, from whom he will find out his true identity. Deaf Girl ask Hiro how to turn off ability. Hiro realizes that maybe he is her to save her, not Peter. Hiro tells Deaf Girl that ability is not light switch; it is part of who you are. Noah and Peter are at Jeremy's house, finding death. Apparently, his power evolved. Gun shots. Damian has place Nathan/Sylar/Gabriel in a room of mirrors and touched his eyes. Gabriel sees his mother in the mirror and her death by his hand.

Hiro is talking to the deaf girl. Noah discovers that whatever Jeremy touches ends up dead. Sylar is seeing all the heads he sliced and runs outdoors to vomit. Noah is trying to convince Jeremy that he can still heal. Peter appears, grabs the gun, the gun goes off, time stops. Peter discovers the bullet is protruding from his back. Time restarts, Noah running to Peter's assistance.

Noah grabs Jeremy's arms for emphasis and Jeremy realizes he just might be able to heal. Peter's back. Hiro has left an invitation for Deaf Girl to see him perform in the hospital. Emma! I keep forgetting her name. Hiro is going to make Emma disappear? So far so good, he even makes his point to Emma about her powers. Thank God his powers didn't fail. Sylar is angry at the discovery of what his memories revealed. Samuel is suggesting Sylar stay with The Family, where he will be accepted for who he really is. Samuel informs Sylar that the police detective is here.

Hiro remembers that he must make amends to Charlie. Noah admits to Jeremy that he lost his way and that he is staying to watch over him. Sylar encounters the detective, who draws his gun. Sylar cautions him to leave. The detective refuses. Sylar accidentally emits electricity. The detective shoots. The bullet is stopped in mid air and falls to the ground. Sylar electrocutes the detective, but not to death. Sylar comes to and is about to exit the mirrored room, when the guy that challenged him earlier swiftly enters and cuts up the detective – he says to Sylar, "Don't just stand there, get a bucket!"

After being scolded by the nurse for getting out of bed (weird because it was the same one that pleasantly watched his performance earlier), he is drawn to Emma, playing the piano. Samuel declares welcome of a new brother to the family and baptizes him. Samuel wants Sylar to kill for him. But why? Who are Samuel and his family anyway. Peter arrives at the hospital too late. Hiro has gone to save Charlie.

The Amazing Race: Phnom Penh, Cambodia > Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Capitol and cultural center of Cambodia. First to depart, Sam and Dan. Fly to Persian Gulf and find tallest building, Burg Dubai. Once they identify the building they will ascend to the 128 floor to receive their next clue, in two groups, one group at a time. All teams on the same plane. Brian and Ericka in front. Mika is tripping out because of the height. Teams must make their way to a parking struction and drive themselves to Dubai Desert. Lance and Keri (group two) can find parking level P2.

Fast Forward
Find the Dubai Autodrome. One team member must complete a lap in less then 45 seconds. Meghan and Cheyenne are taking the fast forward unopposed, I think. Fast forward accomplished. Ride in a Maserati to the pit stop.

ROADBLOCK
Find Water. One team member must fill a bag from jars of buried water in the desert. Brian says chocolate melts. I had my money on Brian and he is the first to find water. Brian and Ericka in second place. Maria and Tiffany, Sam and Dan, Gary and Matt next to depart. What was that? Maria and Tiffany hit someone else's car and broke the radiator. Herbert and Nathaniel are next. I guess Maria and Tiffany broke their own radiator. Had to wait for a replacement car. Mika and Canaan are next, leaving Lance and Keri in last place.

Teams must make their way to Ski Dubai. Mika and Canaan arrive before Lance and Keri. Lance and Keri are in last and now his horse color has changed, blaming her for their being lost, after being self-deprecating about his own faults just previously.

DETOUR
Build a Snowman
Carry snow out to the desert and build a snowman to completion, without him melting. Teams must now find their way to Ski Dubai. Gary and Matt have the lead, arriving first. Maria and Tiffany are next to star searching then Sam and Dan, and Brian and Ericka. Herbert and Nathaniel are next to arrive. Erick finds one first. Gary and Matt are changing tasks. Herbert and Nathaniel find one next.

Find a Snowman
Chair lift and sled down the hill, then find a snow man buried in the snow.Gary and Matt finish their snowman. Maria and Tiffany have also switched tasks. Maria and Tiffany are next to finish. Sam and Dan are next. Mika and Canaan are working on their snowman. And they are on their way to the pit stop.

Teams must now drive themselves through the city to the pit stop.

The contestants approach a wheel of fortune with silver platters all around. Today they are changing to Blue and Black teams and one of them will be choosing the teams. Out of 36 spaces, the receiver of the golden ticket will select teams and trainers. 35 spaces contain rewards and trumps. Who wants to play. Dina, Rudy, Liz, Amanda, Shay, Rebecca, Danny, Coach Mo, Daniel, Tracy are all playing. Abby is not playing. In order by percentage of weight loss: Rudy, chocolate cake at 1000 cal.; Rebecca, chocolate donut at 280 cal.; Allen, chocolate cupcake at 100 cal.; Danny, 780 cal. cupcake; Tracy, Golden Ticket! OMG! Coach Mo mentioned that as Tracy approached the wheel, the wind picked up and he described it as "magical." He is suggesting supernatural ability to grab control when she wants or needs it. Girl, I had to call La Reina de las Abejas about this.

Everyone is freaking out. Of course, there is not telling what Tracy is going to do. Someone needs to read page 449. Tracy chooses Bob Harper, as her trainer and her team color is blue. The teams are as follows:

Wow! Tracy splitting Liz & Danny is going to be the week five drama. Or is it going to be her final decision that breaks the camel's back?

She split up the Dina & Rudy and Rebecca & Amanda. Tracy stands alone at the end of the game. Danny does not find her integrity credible. Liz is out to get Tracy. In the gym. All Tracy did is fuel everyone up. Liz fell out on the treadmill. Girl, she weren't lyin'!

Girl has an agenda. I am liking her. I'm with Dina; I am scurred o jumping up onto the platform also. She didn't do it. Rudy drags her back into the gym and challenges her to do it. She still hesitates. Everyone leaves her alone, exiting for lunch. I can feel her desire to do this, and and identify with her fear.

Bob takes his team to the market. They eat lunch together. Today's challenge is in the dunes. Each team will start at the starting line and run an obstacle course. Each team will be carrying one team member along the course; they may change the person they are carrying. Prize is videos from home. Tracy and Abby are sitting the competition out. Daniel is getting yelled at by Shay(?).

Liz palled the entire course. That Southern girl has determination and she is determined to send Tracy home. Rebecca gave her video to Dina - Wow! Dina can't take it cause she has to get on the step for herself. The blue team views their videos. I think Tracy is just misguided. Liz invites Danny to view her video with her. She gave up her family video for him. Wow! I am actually teary-eyed!

Blue Team has to send someone home. Tracy's right; her head is on the chopping block. Liz had the highest percentage on her team so she wins immunity. Coach Mo is falling on the sword as he had the lowest percentage again this week. I agree with Rudy that they are stronger, especially mentally with Coach Mo. Rebecca is right; they don't need more drama. The choice seems apparent to me.

Wow! Liz is first. OMG! She wrote Coach Mo. Oh no! They are sending home Coach Mo. I can't believe it. Frikkin' fat people are so frikkin' weak!

Sylar ( Zachary Quinto) has risen from the grave. Cop stops, suspicious. At the circus; they are eating breakfast. Claire (Hayden Panettiere) and Gretchen are lunching on campus. Claire is being invited to pledge her mother's sorority and invites Gretchen along. Dr. Madeline Gibson is going to do a criminal psyche intake on Sylar.

The doctor takes Sylar's handcuffs off. He continues flashing back. The deaf girl at a hospital in New York City. Conversion Disorder (Hysterical Blindness) is another theory her colleague has. Peter ( Milo Ventimiglia) is talking to Angela (Cristine Rose) in his apartment. "Can we just focus on me for a second mom?" says Peter. Her colleague wants her to be a doctor and take a residency she is being offered, Apparently, she is feeling guilty about someone's (Christopher?) death. Angela is going to wait for Nathan ( Adrian Pasdar) at Peter's. Claire and Gretchen are at the sorority house. Gretchen is talking about Claire to the sorority sisters. Deaf girl is on the street and see is experiencing the sound auras again. She backs into the street and is almost hit by a bus, save for Peter coming to her rescue.

Peter is trying to talk to her but she walks away. Uh oh! He has lost his powers. He kicks a trashcan in frustration and sees the sound aura. Samuel is at a site and is approached by Lydia, who wants to know who Samuel is targeting. He is planting and uses his powers to embed the seeds into the ground. Is he feeling pressure for making predictions to his family based on a feeling? Gretchen is wearing the sweater for which Claire is looking. Gretchen leaves, a book falls, Claire notices Gretchen's computer open with active windows all about Claire. Sylar is impressed with tea, like he is feeling everything for the first time. The doctor suggests jamais vu, the opposite of déjà vu, any familiar situation which is not recognized by the observer. She want's to try a memory exercise. She has Sylar close his eyes and relay to her the first thing he sees. He reports frustration at the asynchronization of her wristwatch and the wall clock. Peter arrives at the hospital. Children are singing. He sees the sound auras. Across the room is the deaf girl. Eye contact confirms they both can see it.

Peter is explaining to the deaf girl her ability. Now they are playing a duet on the piano. Who know Peter was musically inclined. He asks her out to lunch, inadvertently and possibly hurting her feelings. Claire is back at the sorority house. She meets another cheerleader. Claire pushes the girl, whom she was having a conversation with, out of the way as a pole/lance fall from the higher floor. Claire looks up and sees Gretchen. I think I know what was going through Claire's mind as she departs. The detective the encountered Sylar on the highway has discovered that Sylar is Gabriel, suspected of murdering his mother. He has sent the doctor home, unplugged the video camera and is threateningly approaching Sylar. Sylar puts his hands up in a defensive posture and send the detective through the bullet proof glass.

Dr. Gibson is in her car, reading Gabriel's file. All the lights go out. Sylar is knocking on her car window, requesting the help she promised. Gretchen says she didn't do it; Claire didn't say she did. Claire suspects Gretchen of killing Annie. Gretchen gives up trying to explain, grabs Claire and kisses her, stating she has a crush on Claire. The sorority girls knock, enter and invite both Claire and Gretchen to join the sorority. Samuel injects Lydia with ink, but sees nothing. Rebecca approaches, invisible at first. Samuel inquires to her progress with Claire. It has been Rebecca: pushed Annie out the window, placed the note on the pillow, made the book fall and sent the microphone down upon Claire's conversation. She is trying to divide Claire against her friends for Samuel. Apparently, he wants her to join his family.

Sylar is ducked down int he doctor's back seat. She stops. The detective arrives. He shoots Sylar dead on. He falls down the mountain side, grabbing the doctor along. She sees him heal. Here come the dogs and cops. Doctor tells him to run. Deaf girl is home again. She looks at cello and starts to play, trippin' on her ability, but appearing concerned. Claire and Gretchen are walking down a hall with lit candles. Rebecca appears behind them. Peter is at home and Hiro appears and immediately faints upon recognition of Peter. Sylar is running, through a haze. He has arrived at the carnival and is greeted by Samuel. The detectives are cut off by a mirage of an unending forest.

The Amzaing Race: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam > Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Once they get to Phnom Penh, they must make their way to the Foreign Correspondent Club and whisper into the ear of Foreign Assignment Editor for their next clue. Lance & Keri and Zev & Justin are on the second flight, 2 hours later. All are on the standby list and trying to get on the first flight.

They all made it! Firt to the FCC are Zev & Justin. Using only a duplicate photo as a reference, they must fing the Hotel Royale and find the same photo to receive their next clue. Canaan was asking too loud at first and then he was using the word task instead of assignment.

DETOUR

Cover
Locate helmet stand and sell helmets to family of four. After selling helmets to family of four and returning money to merchant, team will receive next clue. Zev & Justin, Sam & Dan, Herbert & Nathaniel, Canaan & Mika and Cheyne & Meghan, Gary & Matt, Brian & Ericka, Maria & Tiffany.

Wrap
Make way to Russian market and obtain a wrap from a merchant. Then they must find the exact match on a lady in the market and present it to shopkeeper for next clue. Lance & Keri.

Travel on foot to Wat Toul Tan Pong. Zev & Justin are in the lead.

ROADBLOCK
Wearing a mask and a tail, one team member must learn three manoeuvers to the satisfaction of the trainer. Upon completion, they will receive their next clue. Zev & Justin are first again. Oh no! Zev is out of energy and Sam & Dan are catching up.

Teams must make their way to Wat Phnom, the pit stop for this leg of the race. Sam & Dan completed the roadblock before Zev & Justin.

Sam & Dan were complaining that their taxi was so frikkin' slow; they were right. OMG! I was wondering why Phil hadn't told Zev & Justin what they won. Turns out they lost their passports and will be disqualified unless they find them.

Zev & Justin my retrace their steps and find Zev's passport - they found Justin's - and return before the last team arrives to the pit stop or they will be eliminated.

The Biggest Loser: Week IV

Shay confronted Tracy, who insists she did nothing wrong. I kind of gleaned the same message from Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels, who were a little annoyed that Antoine and Sean fell on their sword - every one deserves to be at the ranch; no one person decides who goes home. Julio has an epiphany.

Tracy is at the doctors and she gets bad news; she is being kept out of the gym further. Coach Mo is not happy, but he will continue to support her. All the contestants meet Alison Sweeney in the kitchen, where all food depositories are chained and locked; they will have to order take out the whole week. Today will be different by starting with a pop quiz. Choose between three dinners which is the healthiest. The teams the guess correctly will win healthy groceries for a year.

The healthiest meal was A, which means Orange, Pink, and Brown are in a tie. The team who's guess is closest to actual, without going over, wins. And the winner is Pink. Shay's bumbed out again. The first night ordering out does not go well, as the realization that you don't get what you want when you are not cooking is demonstrated. I think I have to side with the restaurant there, except for minor adujustments. The laundry list the contestants spouted over the telephone was daunting at the very least.

Bob and Jillian are taking the teams out to dinner in light of their restrictions at the the ranch. They go to a Mexican restaurant and Bob and Jillian think they are off to a good start.

The teams are walking out to the pool. There is a horizontal ramp above a pool. Each team will hold on to two handles while the ramp tilts towards the pool. The last one to remain out of the pool is the winner. They will be playing for immunity. Orange (Allen) or Green (Daniel)? I am putting my money on fireman Allen.

Daniel wins; Orange Team has immunity. Last chance workout. Tracy is so sad in the house. Poor Coach Mo; he fell out in the gym.

Bob and Jillian are suspicious of Daniel for losing zero pounds and having immunity. I don't see the Purple Team's problem: She keeps Liz; he keeps Julio and they vote Danny out. Doh! As for Pink and Orange, I sense bad blood with the teams up for elimination cause they are playing strategy.

Washington, DC: Tracy (Ali Larter) is reuniting with the Governor. Yamagato Industries; Tokyo Japan: Kimiko and Ando ( James Kyson Lee) are getting married. Kimiko is asking Hiro (Masi Oka) to give her away. Hiro is honored. Ando is concerned that Hiro may not be around at that time. Dial-A-Hero receives a call. Somone on the building is about to jump. After this long saga, Hiro uses his powers to undo the guy's mistake, but did he use his power in time?

Angela (Cristine Rose) is in Washington, DC, in Nathan's ( Adrian Pasdar) Office, with a box of Nathan's memories. She suggests he hold an article. He instantly sees the memory. He picks up a hat and see's himself and some lady murdered in the pool. Tracy is back, working with the governor. Four quick knocks on Noah's (Jack Coleman) door. It's Peter ( Milo Ventimiglia) and he wants to show Noah the tattoo. Noah's not up to uncovering a conspiracy. As Peter exits, Claire (Hayden Panettiere) is entering. She asks about powers. As Peter jets, he says for her to ask her dad about it. Noah redirects Claire's attention. Dial-A-Hero and Hiro is back from the past. He has made a significant change which has no impact, leaving us where we left off before, with the exception of Hiro's conscientiousness or the repetition.

Nathan tells Peter about his psychometrics, seeing things when he touches an object. He also shows Peter his telepathic powers. Peter and Nathan remember Kelly (the girl in the pool), but not the memory. Nathan is going to Kelly's house. Mother agrees with story of Kelly running off, never to be heard of again. Peter strolls to pool area, touches a tree and sees a memory: he and Kelly by the pool at night. Nathan strolls a little further and touches a bench, generating another memory: Kelly and he falling into the pool, Kelly hitting her head on a corniced pool edge.

Angela and Nathan are in a bar. He asks Angela about the incongruities between his memory and reality. She admits it; she protected him. Nathan is at Kelly's and he tells her mother the truth, as he knows it: Kelly's dead, it's his fault and family covered it up. She asks him to leave. Nathan is looking a little Rainman, but I like it. I think he looks heavier too. Claire and Noah are getting familiar. On this final viewing of repetition Hiro has a epiphany, saves the guy and tell Kimiko the truth about his dying. Next thing you know, he appears to stroke and then disappears.

Tracy and Noah meet and she tells him that she is back working with the governor. She states something is missing. Noah says she got her life back; she's in government she can do something. Tracy states the governor is not nor the people. She returns the governor. She tells him she wants to make a difference; he counters that they should go upstairs, like old times. She excuses herself, goes to the bathroom and under emotional stress, starts turning to water. She returns to the governor and declines his inappropriate offer. Nathan has returned to his car. He calls the police. He hangs up, exits the car and is stabbed by a guy.

Samuel is recruiting heroes into his family. Lydia shows him Noah and tells Samuel that he may have changed his mind. Kelly's mother is recounting Nathan's story to Angela. Angela explains that Nathan just hasn't been himself lately. The guy that stabbed Nathan, takes him out of a car, shoots him a few times and buries him. The man calls Kelly's mom and confirms package delivered. Kelly's mom and Angela toast closure. Nathan reaches up from underground and gasps for air.

The Amazing Race: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

They are actually on a boat on the river. They must make their way back to Ho Chi Minh City. They must find the Dragon Puppet Theater and fish the clue from a dragon's mouth. Herbert & Nathaniel were first. They found a stamp in a bullet. They must find the building pictured on the stamp: Ho Chi Minh City Main Post Office. Lance & Keri don't realize that the clue is in the bullet and is the stamp.

DETOUR

Child's Play
Choose a concrete animal and transport, picking up five baloons on the way to the children's playbround. Herbert & Nathaniel, Justin & Zev, Gary & Matt, Sam & Dan, Brian & Ericka, Lance & Keri, Maria & Tiffany, Canaan & Mika and Cheyne & Meghan.

World Play
Make their way to a hotel balcony. Looking out over the circle, they must find the six letters necessary to spell, in Vietnamese, the word Independence. Ron & Marcy.

Race to Dien Co 008 where they will find their next clue. I knew Lance & Keri were going to be the drama couple, as the arguing begins because they can't find the clue box at the intersection.

ROADBLOCK
Using specified tools, one team member must breakdown two VCRs and sort the parts. Herbert & Nathaniel arrive first. Lance & Keri managed to gain some time, fortunately for them.

Find Reunification Palace, the pit stop of this leg of the race; the last team to arrive may be eliminated.
